Return Process

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing or covering any old shipping marks.

  Verification and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit for hardware integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
